KPID North Sumatra monitored the province's television broadcasts and wrote down every violation by hand — a notebook, or a spreadsheet filled in afterwards. Watching happened in one place and recording in another, so what ended up on the record depended on memory and on whichever notes survived the shift. The broadcast equipment feeds the web application directly: WebRTC carries the live signal into the browser, so the stream an operator is watching is the stream the system is attached to. When a violation appears, the operator fills the form beside the video and the report is written into the system on the spot — nothing to transcribe afterwards, no separate spreadsheet. Each case then carries a status through review, and a dashboard shows the open cases across the province.Perangkat siaran memberi umpan langsung ke aplikasi web: WebRTC membawa sinyal live ke dalam browser, sehingga siaran yang dipantau operator adalah siaran yang terhubung ke sistem. I built the system, starting with the part that made the rest possible: getting the broadcast equipment onto an operator's screen, over WebRTC, live in the browser with no plugin and no separate player. Around that I built the reporting form bound to the feed, the status model that moves a case through review, and the dashboard regulators watch. It replaced handwriting and spreadsheets as the province's record of broadcast violations, and the people who enforce those rules use it directly.Saya membangun sistemnya, dimulai dari bagian yang membuat sisanya mungkin: membawa perangkat siaran ke layar operator, lewat WebRTC, live di browser tanpa plugin dan tanpa pemutar terpisah.
