Sales teams were writing quotations by hand — hours per document, pricing errors, and product knowledge scattered across files and people's heads. Every tenant needed the same capability inside their own workflow, including embedding it in external sites.Tim sales menyusun penawaran secara manual — berjam-jam per dokumen, harga rawan salah, dan pengetahuan produk tersebar di file dan kepala orang. Setiap tenant butuh kemampuan yang sama di dalam alur kerjanya sendiri, termasuk menyematkannya di situs eksternal.

The SolutionSolusi

A multi-tenant SaaS with a RAG pipeline: product knowledge is indexed into Supabase pgvector, retrieved per query, and an LLM drafts the quotation. Split architecture — aqb-web internal dashboard and aqb-widget embeddable Web Component — each with its own auth strategy (JWT Bearer vs X-Addon-Token). All monetary math runs through Decimal.js for precision.SaaS multi-tenant dengan pipeline RAG: pengetahuan produk diindeks ke Supabase pgvector, diambil per kueri, lalu LLM menyusun draf penawaran.
